What is data enrichment, and how does it work?

Data enrichment is the process of taking a simple set of data and adding additional data points to it in order to make it richer and more robust. For instance, if you provide us the name, address, and date of birth of an individual, we can come back with additional data points such as their phone number, email address, LinkedIn profile, etc.

This feels creepy. How do I make sense of this?

Every piece of raw data we provide could be found by you through your own online research. You could spend weeks or months sourcing it yourself one by one, and even then it would likely be out of date by the time you finished. After you manually sourced the data, you would then need to build a narrative around it to draw conclusions and practical next steps.
